Auction Gallery Coordinator

Location: Thomasville, Georgia
Employment Type: Full-Time

Auction Gallery Coordinator

Organize. Lead. Make Auctions Happen.
Join a fast-paced team where your leadership keeps everything moving and every item tells a story.

Why You’ll Love This Role

If you're organized, adaptable, and love making order out of chaos, you could be the force that keeps our auctions running flawlessly. As our Auction Gallery Coordinator, you won’t just manage a warehouse—you’ll be the heartbeat of our personal property auctions.

A Day in the Life

No two days are quite the same. One day, you're tagging vintage furniture and coordinating pickups for a local estate. The next, you're reviewing catalog details, organizing preview day, or fielding questions from enthusiastic bidders. Some days are physical and fast-paced—others are calm and focused. Through it all, you're at the center of the action, keeping everything running smoothly and making sure every item finds its new home. Every week is different, every day is rewarding, and your work will directly impact how buyers and sellers experience our brand.

At Wiregrass Auction Group, we’re a tight-knit, high-performing team that serves people by providing solutions that make buying and selling simple. If you’re detail-oriented, adaptable, and ready to lead with excellence—this might just be your next great move.

7. Marketing Support & Community Presence

Assist in capturing content (photos, videos) for social media and marketing use.

Help promote a positive public image of the auction gallery and the Wiregrass brand.

Who You’ll Work With

You’ll be working closely with our cataloging team (aka “Treasure Hunters”), our COO, and fellow auction professionals who share your attention to detail, hustle, and commitment to client service. We're a team-first company where everyone wears multiple hats, and wins are shared.
