What You'll Do

• Manage Auction Listings: Create, update, and maintain online auction listings to ensure every item is accurately described, beautifully presented, and easy to find.
• Photo & Data Organization: Upload, organize, and format auction photos for maximum impact and clarity.
• Auction Software Support: Master our auction software and other auction platforms, troubleshoot basic tech issues, and help maintain smooth digital operations.
• Customer Assistance: Professionally answer incoming calls, emails, and platform inquiries to support bidders and sellers, ensuring a positive and efficient experience.
• Auction Loadout Support: Assist during auction loadout days with customer coordination, processing payments, and ensuring smooth item handoffs.
• After-Hours Flexibility: Occasionally work evenings to send invoices, assist with auction closings, and coordinate shipping logistics.

What We're Looking For

• Detail-Oriented: Accuracy is your middle name. Listings and customer service excellence are your priorities.
• Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and quick to learn auction-specific platforms.
• Customer-Focused: Clear, friendly communication by phone, email, and online is your strong suit.
• Organized & Efficient: Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines without sacrificing quality.
• Flexible & Team-Oriented: Willing to pitch in during auction loadouts and after-hours needs when necessary.
