As a Treasure Hunter, you’ll play a key role in telling the story behind each item and ensuring it finds its next great home.

What You'll Do

• Hunt for Hidden Treasures: Catalog and organize items from estates, homes, and businesses—anything from vintage furniture to rare memorabilia.
• Create Auction-Ready Listings: Research item details, take high-quality photos, and enter accurate descriptions using our auction platform.
• Work on the Move: Travel to various project sites and assist with both on-site and off-site cataloging.
• Engage with Clients: Represent Wiregrass with professionalism and care while working directly with clients during pickup days and prep visits.
• Support Loadouts: Occasionally help with auction loadouts to ensure smooth, customer-friendly item handoffs.

What We’re Looking For

• Detail-Oriented – You notice the little things and know how to organize chaos into order.
• People Person – Excellent interpersonal skills and a love for helping others.
• Tech-Comfortable – Basic computer proficiency, confident with a keyboard, and able to learn auction software.
• Independent Yet Collaborative – Able to work alone at a site but also enjoy being part of a high-energy, mission-driven team.
• Bonus Points – Photography skills, item research experience, or an eye for antiques and collectibles.
