Consignment Drop-Off by Appointment Only

To ensure each consignor receives personalized attention, we accept items by appointment only during the following times:

Mondays: 1 – 4 PM, Tuesday – Friday: 10 AM – 12 Noon and 1 – 4 PM

We Offer Pickup Service for Some Collections

For larger collections or certain specialty items, Wiregrass Auction Group provides pickup services to make the consignment process even more convenient. Our team will work with you to schedule a time that fits your needs and provide transparent pricing based on your location and collection size.

Items Approved for Consignment

We proudly accept a variety of consignment items that align with our auction categories and buyer interests. Prior to dropping off your items, please ensure they fit within the following categories:

  • Farm and Construction Equipment
  • Automobiles, Trucks, and Trailers*
  • Industrial or Commercial Equipment and Tools
  • Firearms and Sporting Goods
  • Coins, Currency, and Jewelry
  • Antiques and Americana
  • Petroliana, Signs, and Advertising

*Please note: Automobiles, trucks, and trailers must include proper titles and documentation.

Items That Need Approval Prior to Drop-Off

Some items require prior approval before being accepted for consignment.  The following items may be declined depending on volume and demand:

  • Everyday Household Items: Commonplace goods that lack unique or collectible appeal.
  • Furniture: Basic or overly worn pieces that may not draw buyer interest.
  • Glassware: Standard or mass-produced sets with minimal resale value.
  • Decorative Items: Generic wall art, lamps, or other décor without distinctive qualities.
  • If you’re unsure whether your items qualify for drop-off, please contact us for guidance. We’re happy to help you determine the best fit for your consignment.

Items NOT Accepted as Drop-Off    

At Wiregrass Auction Group, we strive to maintain high-quality offerings for our buyers. Please note that we reserve the right to reject any junk or low-value items, even if they are not listed below.

  • Some Furniture: Due to space constraints, we are no longer accepting large furniture consignments. This includes oversized items such as upholstered couches, large dining tables, bulky cabinets, or entertainment centers. Any upholstered furniture that is stained, dirty, or heavily worn, as well as pieces with outdated bright colors or flowery patterns, will not be accepted.
  • Appliances: Any appliance more than 5 years old, broken or damaged
  • Clothing & Shoes: With the exception of antique or designer, will not be accepted
  • Outdated Electronics: Tube TVs, stereos, and similar items
  • Books & Magazines: With the exception of antiques or rare editions, will not be accepted
  • Tires and Wheels: Mismatched, overly worn, or damaged
  • Hazardous Items: Plastic gas cans, paints, stains, oils, or chemicals
  • Bedding Items: Mattresses or box springs
  • Unsellable Items: Any item deemed unsellable by the auction company

Important Notes:

Wiregrass Auction Group reserves the right to reject any items at the door, regardless of condition or category.  Any unsold lot will incur a "No Sale" Fee of $5 per unsold lot. This fee helps us cover the costs associated with handling, cataloging, and listing items that do not sell.  Consignors may be billed a disposal fee for any unsold or leftover items that require discarding.

 Wiregrass Auction Group is looking for individuals to join our team. As an online auction company, we serve people by selling their possessions.

From pantyhose to plantations, we specialize in estate sales, business liquidations, as well as agricultural, residential, and commercial Real Estate.

 

Auction Cataloger

This person serves a key role to help ensure successful auction events through careful and efficient preparation and execution. They will lead and participate in auction setup by lotting, describing, photographing, and catalogingauction items.  Items will be organized, evaluated, researched, described, and then uploaded with photos into our online auction software. This position requires the ability to multi-task; be flexible; provide customer service; ensure data quality and operate within schedule. Auction projects may be located at off-site locations which require travel.

 

Auction Project duties including (but not limited to):

• Provide exemplary customer service

• Organize auction event sites for and participate in the efficient sorting, inventory, staging, and photographing of auction items

• Prepare sites for auction load-out

• Clean out properties, including trash removal, prior to and after Auctions

• Manage and maintain workload with little or no direct supervision

• Work cooperatively as a team member

• Related duties as necessary to support the company

• Have a valid driver’s license with a safe driving record

• A valid driver’s license and dependable vehicle is a requirement

Must be neat and take pride in your appearance

Must be punctual and work efficiently

Must pay attention to detail and have problem-solving skills

Click “Register to Bid” on any auction page. You’ll be prompted to enter your email address and create a secure password. This sets up your free account and gives you access to all upcoming auctions.

✅ Already registered? You can skip this step and go straight to signing in.

2. Sign In

Once your account is created, you’ll be directed to sign in using your email and password. After signing in, you'll be asked to provide additional bidder information and a valid credit card for identity verification and bidding eligibility.

✅ Your information is securely processed and helps ensure a fair, trustworthy bidding environment for all participants.

3. Download the App

Bidding on the go? Download our free app for the best mobile experience:  Google Play or the App Store
Our app makes it easy to register, browse auctions, place bids, and receive real-time updates—anytime, anywhere.

4. Explore and Place Bids

Browse active auctions, review detailed listings, and when you’re ready—enter your bid and confirm. Every listing includes clear terms, descriptions, and photo galleries to guide your decision.

✅ Use the “Max Bid” feature to let our system automatically increase your bid—only if needed—up to your set limit.

5. Watch the Clock

Each auction has a scheduled closing time. If a bid is placed in the final minutes, the closing time will extend briefly to allow fair and competitive bidding.

6. Winning and What’s Next

If you're the highest bidder when the auction ends and your bid is approved—congratulations! You’ll receive two important emails from us:

✅ First Email – Your Invoice:
This includes your total purchase amount. The invoice must be paid in full before any pickup or shipping can be arranged.

✅ Second Email – Pickup or Shipping Options:
You’ll receive detailed instructions for scheduling your pickup or selecting shipping if it’s available for your item(s).

✅ Shipping Availability & Details:
Shipping is offered for select items at the buyer’s expense. If you choose shipping, the cost will include packing, materials, and actual shipping charges.
Wiregrass Auction Group reserves the right to decline shipping for certain items based on size, fragility, or other factors.
