What You’ll Do

As the Auction Gallery Coordinator, you will:

Coordinate Consignments: Schedule and manage item drop-off appointments, ensuring all consigned items meet quality standards and proper documentation is completed.
Oversee Gallery Operations: Maintain an organized, safe, and clean gallery environment. Develop and implement tagging standards for consigned items.
Manage Shipping: Oversee the shipping process for items sold in gallery and offsite auctions, ensuring timely delivery and clear communication with buyers.
Ensure Quality Control: Proof auction listings for accuracy and monitor load-outs and shipments for efficiency.
Support the Team: Collaborate with staff, coordinate staffing needs, and foster a positive, team-oriented work environment.
Engage Professionally: Represent Wiregrass Auction Group’s mission, vision, and core values in every aspect of your work.

What You Bring

Experience: Proven experience in operations, logistics, or a related field.
Skills: Strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and proficiency with inventory management tools and office software.
