We ask that all purchasers be respectful and realize that the safety and security of your auction purchases is of upmost importance. First and foremost, NO pickup will be allowed without a PAID IN FULL invoice. Pickups will be handled on a first come first served basis and wait times can sometimes be long. Purchasers requiring an FBI NICS background check will slow the pickup procedure down and at times may be passed over if the computer systems are currently occupied running checks. Once again, it is strongly encouraged that Georgia resident purchasers consider applying for and obtaining a Georgia Weapons Carry License. Shipping: All firearms not received in person must be shipped to a FFL Dealer. Buyers must contact Pinetree Gun and Pawn directly at (229) 236-7296 to arrange and pay for shipment of firearms. Charges for packaging firearms will be $25 per gun with UPS shipping and insurance charges being billed at actual rate determined by package weight / size and zip code. All packaging and shipping fees will be payed directly to Pinetree Gun and Pawn in advance of shipment. Any Bidder desiring to have their firearm(s) shipped to a licensed FFL Dealer must provide Pinetree Gun and Pawn with a written authorization (faxed or emailed) from their designated FFL Dealer which request the transfer and shipment of the specific firearm(s) to the designated FFL Dealer for transfer to the Bidder, along with a current copy of the designated FFL Dealer?s Federal Firearms License. Firearms not picked up or shipped by 6:00 P.M., Wednesday, May 10, 2017 are subject to a $10.00 per day storage fee.

All firearms transfers will be subject to purchaser?s ability to pass an FBI NICS background check unless the purchase is the holder of a Federal Firearms License or Georgia Weapons Carry License. Purchasers with a Federal Firearms License or current Georgia Weapons Carry License are exempt from background checks. Certified copies of documents must be presented at pickup. It is strongly encouraged that Georgia resident purchasers consider applying for and obtaining a Georgia Weapons Carry License. The FBI NICS background check will slow down the pickup time for purchases. Firearms can only be purchased by the registered bidder. No assignments of purchases will be allowed. To purchase long guns or long gun ammunition bidders must be 18 years old or older on the date the auction closes. To purchase handguns or handgun ammunition, bidders must be 21 years old or older on the date the auction closes.

Buyer?s Premium: For purchasers paying by credit card a 13% Buyer?s Premium will be added to your bid price to determine the final sales price of the items purchased.
